The works included access for window replacement, roof repairs, and general renovation works across the development. Given the size and complexity of the project, our team was tasked with delivering a robust access solution that would support multiple trades while maintaining the programme set by the main contractor.
The greatest challenge on this project was the sheer size and scale of the scaffolding required, combined with a demanding construction programme. The installation needed to be completed within a tight timeframe to ensure Rok Construct could commence the planned works without delay.
Meeting this deadline required careful planning, effective resource management, and seamless coordination between our site teams and the main contractor.
