Major Regeneration Project
The extensive project combines the careful restoration of the original brewery buildings with the construction of several new residential blocks, ultimately delivering hundreds of much-needed new homes. Due to the scale and complexity of the development, a wide range of scaffold solutions have been required across multiple phases of the works.
Working within a busy town environment and around listed structures demanded careful planning, coordination, and adaptability. Scaffold systems were designed to accommodate both heritage renovation works and modern new-build construction, while maintaining safe access for operatives across the entire site.
