St Aubin on the Hill Church

Due to the scale of the works, a full temporary roof structure was designed and installed to provide complete protection throughout the project. This ensured that the building remained watertight while allowing uninterrupted access for the roofing team to carry out the extensive re-slating works safely and efficiently.

The scaffold was carefully adapted to the structure of the church, providing safe access to all roof elevations. With the scaffold in place, additional restoration works were completed, including re-pointing of the walls, chimneys, and verges—maximising the value of the access system.

Despite the complexity of the structure and the size of the temporary roof, Alliance Scaffold delivered a secure, well-planned solution that enabled the project to be completed to a high standard.
