Given the scale and city-centre location of the project, a full scaffold and encapsulation system was installed to provide safe access while protecting the surrounding area. Careful consideration was given to pedestrian routes and neighbouring properties, ensuring minimal disruption throughout the works.

To support the demanding construction schedule, staggered loading bays were incorporated into the scaffold design. These allowed for efficient early morning deliveries, improving site logistics and maintaining workflow across multiple trades.
