Initially installed to facilitate external painting and decoration, the scaffold system was later adapted to accommodate additional works as the project evolved. These included full window replacement and essential chimney repairs, requiring extended access and modifications to the original design.

Situated along a live roadway, the scaffold was carefully planned to ensure public safety while maintaining access for pedestrians and traffic. The flexibility of the scaffold allowed multiple trades to work efficiently at the same time, without delays or disruption.
