Greve d’Azette Lighthouse

Exposed to constant marine conditions, the steel structure required sandblasting and repair due to significant sea salt corrosion. A fully encapsulated scaffold system was installed using Monarflex sheeting to safely contain the works and protect the public in this busy coastal location.

Given the lighthouse remained operational throughout the project, the scaffold was carefully designed to maintain a clear opening for the light, ensuring uninterrupted function while works were carried out.

Despite the challenges of height, exposure, and public proximity, Alliance Scaffold delivered a secure and well-considered solution that enabled essential restoration works to be completed safely and efficiently.
