External Refurbishment Works
Due to the scale and height of the buildings, the project required a large and carefully engineered scaffold system capable of supporting multiple trades simultaneously. Access to the internal courtyard was heavily restricted, creating additional logistical challenges for the transportation of materials and the erection of the scaffold.
Careful planning and phased installation works were essential to maximise the limited working space while maintaining safe access for residents and operatives throughout the project. The scaffold was adapted to suit the varying elevations and complex layout of the development, ensuring uninterrupted progress across both blocks.
